Nestled in the rolling Cotswolds hills, we are your home away from home: a place to slow down, take Thyme and reconnect with nature.

Thyme is a historic English country estate complete with a private collection of restored buildings.  Winding gravel pathways connect 17th century houses and cottages with charming outbuildings and meticulously-restored, architecturally-significant barns, enveloped in a pristine 150-acre estate.

Autumn is also our wettest season and the temptation is, when it looks like rain, to play it safe and stay indoors — but knowing the benefits of walking in the rain might tempt us to be a little bit braver, to get out and about even on the wettest of days.

Experience our farm to fork ethos in our Ox Barn restaurant, cosy village pub The Swan, or by the pool in the Orchid House. Meadow Spa is a place to relax and restore, while the in the cookery school you can turn your hand to something new.
