Yoga: Slow to Flow
Join Sæunn from SajaRut Yoga for a gentle Saturday morning wake-up with 60 minutes of nourishing yoga movement.
We will begin our morning with gentle grounding postures, softly landing in our bodies and in the present moment. Through slow and steady breaths we’ll start to cultivate a sense of awareness and calm. We’ll mindfully start to build up more heat through the body with an energising flow, gently stretching the whole of the body, floating fluidly between shapes before winding it back down for rest and reflection.
Expect a joyful blend of slow and flow. Expect to emerge feeling energised and balanced. The perfect way to unwind from the week and really kick off the weekend!
