We are thrilled to announce our first ‘Wellness Wednesday’ on 25th May with renowned local Stott certified pilates teacher, Chloe Hodgson and Kim Smith, co-founder of award winning premium CBD wellbeing brand KLORIS.

Chloe will begin by teaching an hour-long dynamic Pilates class that will work your entire body, focusing on core work, glute work, and a little cardio to get your heart rate up and leave you positively glowing. Refuel after your work out with a nutritious and healthy breakfast in Thyme’s light filled Home Kitchen. Then join Kim, co founder of KLORIS, for an hour of mythbusting in an informal and educational workshop about the fascinating world of CBD* around the breakfast table..

Timings

7.15am - arrival

7.30am - dynamic pilates class with Chloe Hodgson

8.30am - breakfast in the Home Kitchen

9.00am - talk with Kim Smith, co-founder of Kloris

10.15am - departure. Optional garden walk at guests leisure

 

Introducing Wellness Wednesdays: here at Thyme, we are delighted to bring wellness into the fold of our Calendar of Happenings, with the launch of ‘Wellness Wednesdays’ - a series of morning wellness classes, combined with a delicious, healthy breakfast, followed by an educational talk and optional garden walk at Thyme, as well as a chance to visit the boutique.

*KLORIS products meet the new Standard of Excellence for CBD of over the counter brands as set by the Medical Cannabis Society and participants of this workshop will have an opportunity to sample some during the session as well as take away a little gift from KLORIS.
