Wellness Wednesdays: Caz Hitchcock X Gravity Technique
Join us on Wednesday 21st September for an ‘Unwind & Reset’ Gravity Technique session led by Caz Hitchcock*, the founder of The Gravity Technique method, and a leading human movement expert specialising in fixing faulty movement patterns to alleviate chronic joint pain.
The session will introduce you to easy to follow Gravity Techniques in laying, sitting and standing which deeply relax your body and allow postural repatterning to occur. As well as the de-stressing and calming benefits, the workshop leaves you with an improvement in range of joint movement, a reduction in aches & pains such as mild to moderate low back pain, neck & shoulder stiffness, knee & hip discomfort and feeling more in control of your physical health and wellbeing.
After the session, enjoy a deliciously healthy & nutritious breakfast in our light filled Home Kitchen, and then enjoy a swim in our spring water pool or a garden your of Thyme at your leisure.
Tickets are priced at £75 to include Gravity Technique class, breakfast, swim/garden tour & goody bag. The morning starts at 7.30am with Gravity Technique class, Breakfast at 8.30am, followed by swim/garden tour from 9.15 to 10.15am
*For many years Caz was a Yoga teacher, but was also frustrated with the level of knowledge she had at the time to help her clients with various injuries they'd come to her with. She embarked on a 10 year journey to dissect (literally) the body and learn about the fascinating world of fascia research and anatomy in motion.
A movement coach to many and a teacher to movement teachers, Caz is on a mission to de-normalise the mindset that pain is just part of life and something we have to put up with.
