In this short and sweet class, learn to make a delicious tart (or tartlets) fit for dinner parties and family feasts. Recipes will change according to the seasons. In spring, a lovely rhubarb and almond might be on the menu, while in summer, it could be strawberry mascarpone. In the colder months, recipes might include pear and chocolate tartlets or treacle tart. Enjoy a slice in the Baa Bar after class – or take it home to share with (much) loved ones.
