Thyme is situated on a working farm and kindly ask that our guests please keep to the areas marked green on this map and do not feed the animals!

Thyme is a collection of restored, historic buildings that evoke a village within a village. Winding pathways lead you from the barns to the houses, through gardens and on to the spa. It can be a bit of a rabbit warren, so you can use this map to find your bearings!

Our Meadow Spa is centred around a serene garden, designed by Bunny Guinness. Check in in the glasshouse reception for treatments in the cottage and to enter the pool area. Meadow Spa is a peaceful place to enjoy tranquility.

Our productive gardens supply the kitchens across Thyme with herbs, fruit and vegetables, as well as a beautiful array of flowers.

The River Leach runs through a beautiful valley connecting Southrop and the quintessential village of Eastleach. Stop off at the Victoria Inn for a pint to refuel!

If you are looking for a route to cycle or run, this loop is approximately 3 miles taking you through beautiful villages, over hills and past rivers.
